Shipping policy

Order Processing 

All orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

Items that are in stock are picked and despatched within 3 days if undecorated, and immediately on completion of production if the goods are decorated by us.

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been despatched you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details. You can monitor your delivery directly via the courier's website.

Shipping Costs

All delivery fees payable by you will be specified at the time of placing the online order. 

Fees are automatically calculated at checkout or via confirmation by email and are based on weight and delivery location/postal code.

Separate shipping fees may apply per brand as items are shipped directly from supplier warehouses. 

Supply and delivery of goods

Subject to this Agreement, we will supply the goods shown on your order confirmation. We will use our best endeavours to meet stated timeframes for delivery, however we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes will be met by the 3rd party carriers.

Standard shipping times: 

Metro areas:  3 - 7 days (exclusive of customisation period)

Non Metro areas:  7 - 10 days (exclusive of customisation period)

All orders ship directly from our supplier network warehouses.

Orders with multiple brands may arrive in separate deliveries and will have different tracking numbers.

All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave.

In the event you have elected at checkout to sign for your delivery, you are responsible for ensuring you are able to accept delivery. We will not be held liable:

for late delivery where attempted delivery has occurred on or before the delivery time-frames; or

where delivery has occurred and a parcel has been signed for (regardless of whether or not you have personally accepted delivery).

The risk of loss of goods shall be passed to you upon our suppliers delivery of the product to their nominated delivery company.

Vikkta Collection will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or liability as a result of this authority. In the event of an order not being delivered or going missing, we do not accept liability.
