Before your embroidery or printing can be produced, your artwork will need to be prepared specifically for the chosen customisation method.


Embroidery — Digitisation

A one-off digitisation fee applies to new embroidery artwork.

Digitisation is the process of converting your logo or design into an embroidery-ready format, so the embroidery machine can accurately reproduce the design using stitches.

Printing — Artwork Setup

Similarly, printing also require artwork preparation before production.

The applicable setup requirements depend on the printing method and artwork supplied.

    Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Orders are shipped via Australia Post, with the applicable shipping rate calculated according to the final packed weight of your items. Shipping costs may therefore vary depending on the products, sizes and quantities included in your order.

    Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

    We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. The timeframes below are estimated total turnaround times, including production and an allowance for shipping and delivery. They are provided as a guide only, as actual turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity, quantity and overall volume of your order.

    1. Artwork setup: Allow 2-4 business days.

    2. Up to 20 items: Allow up to 10 business days.

    3. Up to 50 items: Allow up to 12 business days.

    4. Up to 150 items: Allow up to 22 business days.

    We always aim to complete and dispatch orders as soon as possible. Larger quantities, complex artwork, multiple print locations, special requirements or periods of high order volume may require additional time.
