Promotion Terms & Conditions

These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional offers, discounts and special pricing offered by Vikkta Collection (“we”, “us” or “our”).

1. Promotional Discounts

Promotional discounts apply to eligible products only and are subject to the terms of the specific promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, discounts are calculated on the product price only.

2. GST

All advertised prices and promotional discounts are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

GST will be calculated and added to the applicable order total at the prevailing rate where required by law.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping and delivery charges are excluded from all promotional discounts.

Shipping costs are calculated separately based on the applicable order weight, destination and shipping method and will be added to the order total.

4. Customisation Costs

Customisation services are excluded from all promotional discounts.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Digital machine embroidery

  • Vinyl printing

  • Direct-to-film (DTF) printing

  • Logo setup or preparation

  • Other customised printing or embroidery requirements

Customisation charges will be calculated separately and added to the order total.

5. What the Promotional Price Includes

Unless otherwise stated, the promotional price applies only to the advertised product price and excludes:

  • GST

  • Shipping and delivery

  • Embroidery

  • Printing

  • Customisation

  • Logo setup or preparation fees

  • Any other additional services or charges

6. Promotional Pricing

Promotional pricing cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before the promotion commenced.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, coupon codes or special pricing.

7. Eligible Products

Only products specifically included in the promotion are eligible for the advertised discount. We reserve the right to exclude certain products, sizes, colours or product ranges from promotional offers.

8. Minimum Order Requirements

Where a promotion has a minimum purchase quantity or minimum order value, the discount will only apply when the applicable requirement is met.

9. Customised Orders

For customised products, the promotional discount applies only to the eligible garment or product price. GST, customisation and shipping charges remain payable at the applicable rates.

Once a customised order has entered production, cancellation or changes may not be possible.

10. Promotion Period

Each promotion is valid only for the dates specified in the promotional offer. We reserve the right to end, extend or modify a promotion where permitted by law.

11. Errors and Changes

We reserve the right to correct any pricing, description or promotional errors and to cancel or amend an order where an obvious error has occurred.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Promotion Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Australian law.

By placing an order using a promotional offer, you acknowledge and agree to these Promotion Terms & Conditions.
