How It Works

  1. Add your chosen garment(s) to your cart
  2. Select the Embroidery Add-On option at checkout or contact us with your order details
  3. Attach your logo or design file (we accept PNG, JPG, or vector formats)
  4. We'll confirm placement, and sizing before production begins
  5. Your personalised garments are delivered ready to wear

Pricing

Embroidery pricing is based on stitch count and placement. Please contact us for a quote tailored to your order.

  1. One-off set up cost from $65.00 per standard size logo
  2. Chest logo – from $15.00 per garment
  3. Name/text – from $5.00 per garment
  4. Samples from $10.00 per garment

Minimum order quantities may apply. Pricing is in AUD and subject to change.

Artwork Requirements

  1. High-resolution files preferred (300 DPI or higher)
  2. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are ideal for best results
  3. We can digitise your logo for an additional fee if required

Custom Printing

Give your workwear and clothing a professional finish with our printing add-on service. We offer two printing methods to suit different needs — vinyl printing for bold, single-colour designs, and picture/photo printing for full-colour imagery.

Our Printing Options

Vinyl Printing

  1. Colours: Single colour only
  2. Size: Small logos through to large back prints
  3. Best for: Text, logos, simple graphics, and bold designs
  4. Finish: Clean, durable, and professional

Picture / Photo Printing

  1. Colours: Full colour (photos, illustrations, detailed artwork)
  2. Size: A4 maximum (210mm x 297mm)
  3. Best for: Photographs, detailed artwork, multi-colour designs
  4. Finish: Vibrant and detailed

Important — Material Suitability

Not all printing methods are suitable for every fabric or garment. Printing results depend on the material composition and surface of the garment. Please note:

  1. Printing is subject to material suitability — we will advise you prior to production
  2. Natural fibres (e.g. 100% cotton) generally produce the best print results
  3. Synthetic or blended fabrics may have limitations — please enquire before ordering
  4. We recommend confirming suitability before placing a large order

Artwork Requirements

  • Vinyl Printing: Vector files preferred (AI, EPS, SVG) or high-resolution PNG with transparent background
  • Picture Printing: High-resolution image files (minimum 300 DPI) — JPG or PNG accepted
  • Artwork must be supplied at the intended print size where possible

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after artwork approval and material confirmation. Rush orders may be available — please enquire.
